I RATHER PAY EXTRA $$$ AND BOUGHT A CAR SOMEWHERE ELSE If I could give this dealership a negative star, I would. I drove from Virginia to buy a car. When, it was time to finance the car, they said I had to finance through their bank (Bank of America) or they would charge me a $1500 dealer fee. The bank rate was higher than what I would've gotten. They also said I had to get GAP insurance since it was a bank requirement and I can't refinance until 3-4 payments or there would be a prepayment penalty through the bank. Two weeks later, I got my statement. I called Bank of America. They said there was NO prepayment penalty and they never required a GAP purchase. YES, I WAS LIED TO. So, I've started the process of refinancing for a lower rate. I called the dealership to remove the GAP insurance. They yelled and said, WE AGREED THAT YOU WOULD KEEP THIS GAP AND NOT REFINANCE. HOW ELSE ARE WE GOING TO GET OUR MONEY? IF YOU"RE NOT GOING TO HELP US, I'M NOT GOING TO HELP YOU. Then, he hung up. Moral of my experience, this dealership is very dishonest with their intent. They lack social and customer service skills. Where's my salesperson, Jim, is all this? USELESS, all he does is "sell cars", any problem after the sale is not his. He couldn't help me getting a status check on my registration and plates. Also, he lied and said there was two keys. Then the sale was made and gave me one key and said, "is that going to hold up the sale?". Later, I found out that a key cost $700. I hope everyone that is looking to buy at this dealership has a more positive experience. I can only tell you about mine. In hindsight, I would've paid the extra $$ at another dealership to not go through this. They're basically SHARKS. Liccardi - do not reply with a "sincere" apology so everyone thinks you're customer oriented. Until, you can remove an optional GAP purchase, do not bother. I will be writing to the BBB and other websites so other consumers can be aware. More

ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE! I want to preface this review with the fact that if I cannot write a positive review, then I will not write a review at all. However, I HAVE to make a I want to preface this review with the fact that if I cannot write a positive review, then I will not write a review at all. However, I HAVE to make an exception here because of what happened to my husband and I a couple of weeks ago. Liccardi did not live up to their promise to us that when we turn in my husband's pick-up, we would not be charged any fees as we were PURCHASING the car from the very beginning as we did not want any of the customary easing fees. I personally have leased in the past and the fees were always very high at the end. The finance guy (I will not mention his name) talked us into leasing for the first two years as the rate was extremely low, and then buying it at the end of the two years. His reason was, why tie up your money when the interest rate was less than 1/2%, and we agreed with that. However, he promised that we would NOT have to pay any fees if I buy it at the end, and I wrote it down in my notes and brought that with me, along with the residual amount that was due. Well, two years later in June 2016, when we went to purchase the truck, this same man conveniently "forgot" he made that promise, and actually questioned my integrity, that I could have "made it up!" and then went on to say that because I was paying cash and there was no financing, he was not going to be making any money on the truck (BTW, this is almost a $38,000 Dodge Ram Pick-up fully loaded) so they made plenty of money off of us. So, one of the fees was $350.00, which is the fee that I had a real problem with. Why should we pay $350.00 just to BUY the car? We already paid two years of a lease, and then was purchasing the truck outright, so why do you have to bang us over the head with a $350.00 called "purchase option???" They lied, they nickeled and dimed every single cent they could get from us, screwed up our registration (we wound up paying twice for my registration because of it at $86.50 each) and had to pay a lot more than we should have at the end with all of their hidden fees. Because of the much higher amount that we were told it would be, my home equity check wound up bouncing because we unknowingly went $300 over our limit!!! Anything that could go wrong with this deal, went wrong. We were also given one amount from the leasing company and told to write them a check, and then Liccardi told us a completely different (much higher) amount and we were forced to make the check out to Liccardi, who waited until the last minute to send the payment out to Chrysler, so we kept getting calls stating that our payment was overdue, even though we turned the truck in. As I said, this was a horrible experience, and frankly, the finance guy is just plain rude and insulting to top it all off. Bottom line -- I WILL NEVER BUY A VEHICLE THERE, I will tell my friends not to, and NEITHER SHOULD YOU! Buyer beware! More
