As I walked in the door I was greeted by Rafael. He patiently listened as I explained what I was looking for and without interruption, and... at the price range I was willing to work with. Rafael took his time and showed me what Laccardi had to offer. I began to feel welcomed and without pressure allowing my guard down with trust.
