Had a very disappointing experience with this dealership. Bought a car and everything went smoothly until it came time to receive my tags. Every time I go it is a mess and a lie. I made an appointment for early in the morning and was told I would be the first person seen. Nope not true three ppl in front of me. An hour later a woman came in from what she said on her day off had no appointment made and her car was seen first and even a wash was done. She left way before me. Meanwhile I had to go to work, and I told the service person this and I got to work very late where I docked pay. I had told them when I made the app I had to go to work I was told just 1 hour wait it turned into 3 hours. All I went for was an oil change. No flexibility for other apps or a loaner car for actual ppl who work. More

Worst dealership I’ve ever delt with. . I’ve never given a review on any company of service before but after dealing with this group of people I feel I have to just say… horrible.. great c . I’ve never given a review on any company of service before but after dealing with this group of people I feel I have to just say… horrible.. great car and very happy with it, but horrible customer service, absolute xxxx show when it comes to communication. They never filed for plate transfer, so ended up having a car I couldn’t drive for two weeks! After temporary expired. Spent endless hours trying to communicate with them to solve this problem they created and got nothing but hang ups and having to leave numerous voicemails with no calls returned. They went and just ordered new plates and registration without my permission (because it was easier?) Then hit me with an extra 200+ dollar fee for them. Never again will I deal with or recommend liccardi ford to anybody. More
