We understand your frustration but as previously mentioned, the $7,500 federal EV tax credit is only available on purchases, not leases. This applies to the Ford F-150 Lightning and is a federal guideline—not dealership-specific. We’ve explained this before, and we assure you we’re not trying to mislead you. You're welcome to confirm with other dealers, but this incentive simply doesn't apply to leases. Let us know if you have any questions.

CPO BUYERS BEWARE. . CPO Aviator scheduled for diagnosis/repair NEW ISSUES headlights flickering and rear seat belts issus. Passengers exit and a dash alert appears have to dismiss. Have had passengers before never had akert in dash display. Current mileage 28,881 Would like to note the owner Greg responded to my reviews, At his request to call him, I did on August 22nd was told not available I provided my full name and tel number, fully expecting a return call ... to date I have not received a call. Unfortunately feel that I purchased a CERTIFIED Electrical lemon. It is July 15th - . Now, unfortunately new issues presently CPO Lincoln Aviator needs service again. The 3rd row seats will not raise, (tried the reset suggestions) rear courtesy light is out and the 12volt port is not working. Scheduled to be at local dealer Performance Ford for service. Current mileage 28,298. Purchased with 26,286 Potential buyers - this Lincoln was a Liccardi CPO vehicle DS NOTE: provided my contact information to Liccardi in June regarding battery and AC issues. To date July I have not been contacted by Liccardi .

Dear Tim, You were informed that another customer had arrived before you and was already looking at the vehicle. We gave that customer the opportunity to evaluate the vehicle while they decided what to do. However, since they were the first to arrive, we are committed to selling the vehicle to them. I made sure to explain the situation and apologized for any inconvenience, but I believe we followed our standard procedures. You might start with honesty. First you did not tell me someone else was looking at the vehicle. If that was the case why would you allow your sales person to spend 30 minutes looking over the truck in the cold, wasting his time and mine. Then when he was asked if there was someone else looking at it, he said no "we are good". The salesman then got the keys and we took a 15 minute test ride. If someone was buying it why would you risk me causing damage to it in a test ride. Be honest with yourself and everyone else reading this. Lets take you at your word that I don't think is truthful. If you did have someone looking at it, and you lead me on to force the first person to buy. If that deal broke down you had me to fall back on. That in itself is disgusting and disrespectful. Take a look at BBB you have an F rating. You spend more time responding to bad ratings on Google and other websites then on customer service. A real business would have reached out by phone to talk about the issue but we can just put your bull crap here for all to read. As I believe in being honest and your story just doesn't make sense one can conclude your a dishonest dealership.
