We purchased an Explorer, the drivers side heated seat was broken during delivery and a few other issues. Terrace stated he would make an appt with service to have it fixed. The dealership has had our vehicle for over a week an now attempting to have the repairs paid by thru the extended warranty we purchased. One has nothing to do with the other. Do yourself a favor and save yourself the headache and purchase a vehicle elsewhere...dealerships are a dime a dozen! Will never purchase anything thru this dealership again and will be sure to tell everyone to steer clear. Could not be more disgusted with the customer service! More
Another Bait and switch-inquired about a car we saw online. Exchanged emails back and forth, made an appointment and we planned to make the hour and a half trip to see it. My husband had been in contact with Leslie up until a few hours before our appointment. We travel all the way there and was told the car just sold. Meanwhile Leslie hid in her office playing on her cell phone the whole time and had pawned us off on another salesperson probably so she didn’t have to explain her lies. They did show us another car we had asked about but she knew the main one we were coming to see. No real apologies and wasted over 3 hours of our time. I read other reviews of bait and switch here. BEWARE! More

10am app. Arrived on time, No one greated me. Three employees sat there on their phones not even looking up. Went to check in and the receptionist told me to g Arrived on time, No one greated me. Went back out and had one of the employees check me in. Left at 10;30. Called at 12:30. was put on hold. Told they would call me back. Called again at 1:30, was told the car would have to stay till 12 the next day. I told the service manager I'm coming down to pick the car up. Put on hold again. He came back to tell me their working on it and it would be finished by 4. Finally left at 5:30 with the car. This was warrantee work changing the front shorty brake lines. I'm a mechanic. This should take app. one hr to complete. More
