Liccardi Ford Lincoln is part of a seventy-year tradition of family owned and operated Liccardi dealerships in Central Jersey. In 1938, Salvatore Liccardi, Sr. began selling in Manville, NJ. In 1954, under the direction of Salvatore's son Clemente, the dealership moved to Plainfield, NJ. As they continued to grow, they needed more space. In 1970, Liccardi Chrysler-Plymouth moved onto Route 22 in Green Brook, NJ where they quickly became the tri-state area's largest retail Chrysler-Plymouth dealer.
The Liccardi Ford Dealership opened in Watchung, NJ in 1991 selling cars and trucks including Ford Commercial Trucks. They also rose rapidly in the ranks of New Jersey's top selling Ford Dealerships. Both dealerships sell and lease new and pre-owned vehicles. In recent years, they acquired the Lincoln, Dodge, and RAM Franchises at their Green Brook location and relocated the Lincoln Franchise to their Watchung location. They now have a combined inventory of over 400 vehicles, both locations have full Service Departments and fully stocked Parts Departments on premises.
Service is a priority at Liccardi. They have top factory trained technicians at both locations, they service ALL makes and models, and because they stock over a million dollars in parts, most services can be done the same day. Their goal is to "fix it right, the first time". You can also schedule Service Appointments online at www.liccardi.com, they also offer convenient Saturday Service hours. The Liccardi Auto Group is still family owned and operated by Clemente Liccardi's sons; Greg, Jeff and Kevin Liccardi. They all work in the Showrooms everyday and are involved in all aspects of the operations. That allows them to be in touch with their customers and their demands for selection, price and service. Every time I go it is a mess and a lie. I made an appointment for early in the morning and was told I would be the first person seen. Nope not true three ppl in front of me. An hour later a I made an appointment for early in the morning and was told I would be the first person seen. Nope not true three ppl in front of me. An hour later a woman came in from what she said on her day off had no appointment made and her car was seen first and even a wash was done. She left way before me. Meanwhile I had to go to work, and I told the service person this and I got to work very late where I docked pay. I had told them when I made the app I had to go to work I was told just 1 hour wait it turned into 3 hours. All I went for was an oil change. No flexibility for other apps or a loaner car for actual ppl who work. More

Worst dealership I’ve ever delt with. . I’ve never given a review on any company of service before but after dealing with this group of people I feel I have to just say… horrible.. great c . I’ve never given a review on any company of service before but after dealing with this group of people I feel I have to just say… horrible.. great car and very happy with it, but horrible customer service, absolute xxxx show when it comes to communication. They never filed for plate transfer, so ended up having a car I couldn’t drive for two weeks! After temporary expired. Spent endless hours trying to communicate with them to solve this problem they created and got nothing but hang ups and having to leave numerous voicemails with no calls returned. They went and just ordered new plates and registration without my permission (because it was easier?) Then hit me with an extra 200+ dollar fee for them. Never again will I deal with or recommend liccardi ford to anybody. More

After looking at a 2016 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited for what I thought was a reasonable price, I soon was informed that the price they advertised the vehicle for was in fact $2600 less than the actual sales price. I was told that the advertised price did not include nearly two thousand dollars of “reconditioning fees” and nearly six hundred dollars of “documents” fees. Again, the people that I dealt with were respectful and professional, but that scenario is pretty much the working definition of “bait and switch”. A dealership can include whatever costs into pricing a car that it wants, everyone has a right to try to make their money, however, adding $2600 to the advertised price, at the 11th hour, after I drove almost an hour from Staten Island, into NJ, paying tolls and gas for the round trip, is just bad business. Disappointing. More
