Mr. Lilliston, I have never written a bad review on anything in my life. But after buying 4 vehicles from your Ford dealership I have to say that my family will not be back to buy another! I have been anything in my life. But after buying 4 vehicles from your Ford dealership I have to say that my family will not be back to buy another! I have been waiting for 6 days for a call back from Greg and Justin about a vehicle and after leaving 2 messages I am still waiting. Not anymore! I had to go and purchase a vehicle from another dealer. I am so upset that this happened because I really like the service department and Ron in customer service. Thank you for your time. Showed up to pick up bronco wrong running boards on bronco. Then lease agreement they tried to slide in 10,000 miles instead of agreed 12,000 mile lease. Finally got in to leave and Bronco was on empty bronco. Then lease agreement they tried to slide in 10,000 miles instead of agreed 12,000 mile lease. Finally got in to leave and Bronco was on empty had to wait for them to fill. Took Bronco back to get correct running boards and they still ordered the wrong ones. They took correct ones off a Bronco on lot to make it right. Which they should have done the first time. Waited a week to get corrected. Salesman Greg K is awesome throw he was handed all my issues at last min. More

He took the time to explain every feature of the Explorer Platinum, answered all of our questions, and made sure we were completely comfortable with our decision. The Sales Manager worked with us to put together a deal that we felt was fair and transparent. There were no games, no high-pressure tactics—just honest, professional service. The Finance Manager made the paperwork process smooth and surprisingly enjoyable.
