I recently posted about how I was not happy with a used truck purchase from Lilliston. To be absolutely fair, in retrospect I should have contacted Lilliston about the ball joints and shocks before allowing my personal mechanic to do the work. I took the vehicle to my mechanic because the battery failed and he informed me of the other issues. When alerted that I was very unhappy about the situation Mr. Marty Frances (Pre-Owned Director) at Lilliston contacted me. After our discussions Mr. Frances offered a me a fair compensation for the money that I had to put out for the repairs. He was sincerely apologetic about the situation and in all fairness I should have given Lilliston the opportunity to look into the situation before having the work done. Where I previously stated that I would not purchase or recommend Lilliston...I retract that. They could have said sorry you bought the vehicle as is and there is nothing we will do, but they did not do that. Faith Restored. Thank you Marty for your genuine concern and the gesture extended to me in this matter.
