Bait and Switch Tactics. Saw a vehicle online I was interested in. Went in the next morning to look at and test drive the vehicle. First off the sales man I was dealing with never even walked onto the interested in. Went in the next morning to look at and test drive the vehicle. First off the sales man I was dealing with never even walked onto the lot. The only time he got within 50 feet of the vehicle was when it needed a tag for the test drive. I questioned the price of the vehicle which seemed low and he said nothing. The price on the dealership's website matched the price on the window sticker on the actual vehicle. The vehicle had quite a bit of cosmetic damage so I assumed it was reflected in the price. After talking money with the salesman I noticed the numbers he was quoting me were way too high. I asked them to run my credit to get the interest rate down, which they did. (I was also pre-approved so I was well aware what my rate should be.) When he came back the number was still very high. Then I realized he was giving me monthly payment numbers and not totals. I asked for him to present me the out the door cost and show me all the individual fees. While he was busy I did the math and discovered the total price for the vehicle he was quoting me wasn't adding up and was 7-8k higher than it should be. He returned with the truck fee totals and right off the bat I could see the truck was being "sold" to me for 5K over the window sticker price, plus taxes and fees. I went out the truck and came back with a photograph of the window sticker. I was told that is an error and no way we can honor that. I kindly told them if I had known about this "real" price it would have saved me 2 hours in the dealership and I walked out. I feel this was no error and they were going to sell me a used vehicle over sticker price, had I not been wise enough to ask questions. I feel sorry for any other customers that ship this dealership. They are clearly hiding the total cost and fees for unsuspecting customers that do not know any better. Avoid at all costs!!! More

Made the appointment couple days in advance with no issues. Dropped the vehicle off when the service department opened and was checked in efficiently. Discussed what was to be fixed. Last oil change technician noted rear brakes were in the low yellow range. That concerned me. Made a decision to have both front and rears changed and oil change even though it was a little premature. I got a call from service writer saying only the rears required changing. I went with their opinion and had the rear brakes and oil change done. Service writer had given the cost and I approved the work. I received a text about the progress. Came in to pick up the vehicle. Service write was very prompt with paper work and got me over to check out. Admin processed payment quick and efficiently and I was on my way. Experience was easy and good. I have and would recommend this service department to friends. I do own 2 vehicles from Lilliston Ford in Vineland and have purchased 4 vehicles over the years form them. Overall satisfaction is high. More
