I bought a Cadillac Escalade from these people, paid $14,500 down and signed my life away, to the tune of $22,690, and couldn't even make it home before it started to have problems restarting it while w $14,500 down and signed my life away, to the tune of $22,690, and couldn't even make it home before it started to have problems restarting it while warm. Two days later it was in the shop and is still there. I have had nothing but trouble trying to get them on the phone, or to get a quick response to this issue, although they did tell me the warranty would cover it. Yet they were so nice, yet insistent, while trying to sell me the car. So far the warranty company has done nothing, so there it sits, in the service department in Daytona Beach, by where we live. Meanwhile my wife does not have a means to drive our 6 year old and new baby in. This has been nothing but a nightmare so far. I was told I would be reimbursed for what I already spent out of pocket, but now when I call or text to ask about that, I get the sound of crickets. They have me back on ignore status. If I could go back in time to Saturday the 4th of November, and start over, I would not buy a car from them. Hopefully though, the warranty company WILL cover the cost to repair it eventually, and I can just chalk it up to a bad experience, and learn from it. The finance man, Kavir, I think actually cares and has tried to be somewhat supportive, but he's not the management and can only do so much. More
