I brought my car in for service. The service advisor, Andres, immediately scanned my vehicle into the system, reviewed my concerns, and took the car into the service work area. I was waiting in the very comfortable lounge area. Even though I was on the second floor of the dealership, Andres sought me out to update me on what needed to be done on my truck to keep it in top running condition.
