WARNING: Stay far away from this dealership. This was by far the worst car-buying experience I have ever had. I was sold a vehicle with serious issues that should have been caught long before it was put on the lot. The car had multiple safety concerns, tires worn down to approximately 1/32” tread, and a broken door handle. Based on the condition of the vehicle, I seriously question whether any meaningful multi-point inspection was ever performed. Nearly everything I was told during the sales process turned out to be inaccurate or misleading. Once the paperwork was signed, the customer service completely disappeared. I have spent over three weeks trying to get these issues addressed. I’ve called repeatedly, left messages, spoken with multiple employees, and have been given excuse after excuse. Calls aren’t returned, promises aren’t kept, and no one seems willing to take ownership of the situation. This dealership was quick to take my money but has shown no interest in standing behind the vehicle they sold me. The lack of honesty, accountability, and concern for customer safety is unacceptable. If you’re considering buying a vehicle here, I strongly recommend taking your business elsewhere and having any vehicle independently inspected before signing anything. Based on my experience, I would never purchase from this dealership again and would not recommend it to anyone. More

Poor Customer Service! We agreed upon terms, and I provided a deposit in good faith to secure the vehicle. Based on those representations, I moved forward confidently, expecting the vehicle to be secured and the deal finalized. However, not only was my credit run unnecessarily and prematurely, but I was subsequently informed that the vehicle had been sold to another party. I was told that a manager failed to verify that a deposit had already been placed on the unit before allowing it to be sold elsewhere. This situation reflects a breakdown in internal communication and managerial oversight. This is both unprofessional and unacceptable. It resulted in a needless hard inquiry on my credit report and a complete waste of my time. More

After calling the dealer to make sure the vehicle that was listed was available, I made a two hour trip down to basically Homestead to find out the classic excuse, the offered car is in service and is not was listed was available, I made a two hour trip down to basically Homestead to find out the classic excuse, the offered car is in service and is not available for sale at this moment. This after the sales person Bryan and Oscar both Online sales rep told me the car was available and even send me pictures of the vehicle. My surprise when I get there the car was in the dealer but in the shop. I was received by a floor sales person by the name of Adam, and he just lied straight to my face. He tells me don’t worry the car will be ready in few days and you will be the first to know. I knew something was wrong when I asked to leave a deposit and they refuse to take it. Obviously Adam never called and a week pass by and I have my wife called to see what they tell her. Same story car is available, come on down. Obviously we asked for a sales person to do a live walkthrough of the car never heard from them again. I just yesterday called back to see if by any luck the car was actually available and my surprise car is not yet available now the battery was fixed but the roof is not working. Bottom line a supposed to be a “prestigious” dealer is nothing more than a 441 North Miami scam cheap dealer. I strongly recommend to stay away from them. The car is still listed under the vin number WDBWK56F25F039480 is a Mercedes Benz 2005 SLK. Terrible way to conduct business and to do false and deceitful advertising. More
