This is round 2: Ends well! Last year, I bought 2021 Aviator from Lincoln of Englewood. In less than a month, it malfunctioned. It was an awful experience having to deal with Ford Corporate Office. I returned to Lincoln of Englewood, asking to speak to the head of the company. Long story short, Matthew Haiken listened to my experience and he took control of the situation. They bought back the car and I got on a temporary lease. They ordered me. 2022 Aviator. Matthew kept his promise, every word of it. We finally got our Aviator back this month. Although the initial situation was uncomfortable and unpleasant, it was the sincerity and altruism that Matthew showed us to correct our situation and experience that made a significant impact. Trustworthiness is a high value for us. Lincoln of Englewood showed us that. Most importantly, we adore Eric Escoto-Sanchez who kept us informed. He will work hard to get you the best package. Disappointed The worst service anyone can have. I brought a Lincoln Navigator and I paid in full and it’s been 2 months and still I haven’t received my registration. I stopped by at 330pm on February 18th to inquire about getting a same day oil change or if not, setting up an appointment for one. Are you kidding me? They said I could try making the appointment online, but they don't think that the website is working. What a joke. I won't ever be returning here for service. I can't even make an appointment. More
