I can not say enough good about my experience with the service dept. Harrison is my service advisor he was knowledgeable and very informative. Bought the vehicle from Lincoln Melbourne. Over $75k purchase when picked up vehicle they specifically said they had two keys. However they gave only key and a digital card. The claim when asked at time of delivery/pick up was the vehicle only has one key and card and that the card is seen as a "2nd key". This is later found upon leaving Lincoln, and visiting a BMW Facility for issue of some features not able to be utilized, that this was not be correct. A replacement 2nd key is now going to run close to $600-$900 for a vehicle purchased without Lincoln not properly notifying of this issue prior to closing sale. We have called sales person number of times and have not been given any call back to try to get a solution. Buyers beware. More

They called me about my service experience. I told them very very bad experience. They told me service manager will call me. Never heard from her. Sales experience (4 yrs ago) was great. Service experience has gone down hill fast. Like others, scheduled service, using their advertised "concierge" loaner drop off, and vehicle picku Service experience has gone down hill fast. Like others, scheduled service, using their advertised "concierge" loaner drop off, and vehicle pickup. They no-showed and no-called, not once, but twice. They offered many excuses, including that a new owner is taking over and will fix everything. After the first 2 fails, a new Service advisor did his best to get things right, but it was too little too late. Three months later, I just had a grip handle break, only to find I was 2 days past my warranty period. Rather than step up and offer to replace the $100 part, they want me to come in for an inspection, and see why it broke (cheap brittle plastic part cracked). Then they might be able to get Ford to cover it, and then I can take it back for a 2nd visit, and have them fix it. That tells you what they think of the value of their customer's time. I've been a Ford guy for life, but I'm looking at Cadillac for my next SUV, which will probably be later this year. More
