I had a very positive experience with Lindsay Acura. I bought my RDX there, and it is pretty much perfect, and everything I wanted. Tim, and the rest of the staff I interacted with, were very friendly an bought my RDX there, and it is pretty much perfect, and everything I wanted. Initially my visit was for an oil change for my TL but had browsed the dealer's website before my appointment. I was in the market for a used car for my teenage daughter and decided while I was there wait had browsed the dealer's website before my appointment. I was in the market for a used car for my teenage daughter and decided while I was there waiting for my oil change to check out the used car inventory. I found the perfect car and the price was decent. The sales person was friendly and knowledgeable. During the entire visit I felt like I was a valued customer and was giving the time and attention necessary to complete my transaction. It took very little time for the finance folks to have my paper work drawn up and signed. My used car purchase was over and done with before the oil change on my TL was complete and that includes the 20 min test drive! That kind of customer service is hard to find! I am a repeat customer and will definitely return as well as recommending Lindsay Acura to family & friends! More

I was looking at a used car at Lindsey Acura. I called the dealership and spoke with Frank Garcia. After talking to the Finance guy "Tim" Frank told me that everything was good and to pick my car up the n the dealership and spoke with Frank Garcia. After talking to the Finance guy "Tim" Frank told me that everything was good and to pick my car up the next day. Before leaving the house I called and spoke to Tim in finance to see what documents I needed to bring. I was told they needed to double check the price I was given on the car and he would call me back in 10 minutes. I waited for about 30 minutes then called back to see what the hold up was. I was then told by another finance guy "Mitch" that they were still working on things and he would call me back in 20 mins. All this time I'm waiting to head to the dealership to pick up the car that everything was supposed to be done on the day before. After waiting 20 mins I decided to head to another dealership to look around while waiting from a call back from Lindsey Acura. I never got so much as a call back from them. I went ahead and got a better car at a better rate from the dealership I was at. I not only will never do business with Lindsey Acura/Honda but after telling everyone who asks me about my new car how I was treated I'm sure none of my friends or family will do business there either. Now with Facebook and social media sites I have also spread the word that Lindsey Acura/Honda does not appreciate their customer's time and has no interest in making things right. More
