Edward let me know this was his first year selling cars, which led to a nice conversation. He asked the expected questions, but there was no pressure at any point. I knew the vehicle I wanted and their first/best price was better than a competing dealer's rock bottom by 2k. Edward saw me through the entire process and was very attentive. Finance was extremely thorough and surprisingly quick. Everyone in the dealership was in a good mood, which was a great sign. Will definitely return! More

I was out of town/state for work and he kept me in the loop and communicated via cell and email to iron out all of the kinks. I have damaged credit and they treated me great by making sure that I got the car I wanted and not the one that I had to settle for. The experience at the dealer was equally great as the paperwork was fast and they worked with my schedule. I got caught in traffic and a monsoon rain storm and they were understanding and understanding. Urey was the consummate professional and knew all about the features and specs of the Challenger. A top-notch operation from top to bottom. The Finance manager ever gave me some great advice on repairing my credit and offering an extended warranty to protect my investment. I have told my friends about the dealership and the car is awesome. NO PROBLEMS AT ALL. More
lie and scam, did not honor agreement! BUYER BEWARE They LIED & I believe engage in DECEPTIVE BUSINESS PRACTICES. Initially called & asked salesperson Rob about the car & if there are any fees added to They LIED & I believe engage in DECEPTIVE BUSINESS PRACTICES. Initially called & asked salesperson Rob about the car & if there are any fees added to the sales price & he replied only one-$699. While very high, I asked him to confirm that the price + processing fee was the total ‘out the door’ price & he confirmed the math &final price to bring certified ck. I was coming from NC & said I would register the car here myself, but Rob said they would still have to charge me the processing fee so might as well let them collect the sales/HUT tax & register the car, which they can for NC. He emailed me the buyers order but figures were incorrect. I called & Rob said not to worry bring ck for amount I calculated & they would revise. I flew into Dulles & they had Uber pick me up, but Rob was off that day. I test drove the car with another salesperson who was good. Sat & waited, the Mgr.brought the buyer’s order, but again, those figures were also wrong. Also registration fees were higher than what NC charges, which Mgr said they used a 3rd party, but those fees were supposedly covered in the “processing fee” (which later in sales process the finance Mgr.literally stated & I quote “the processing fee is pure profit”! Also showed me a typed piece of paper showing they lost money on the sale of the car! I told him to his face I don’t believe that & I think it’s a lie! He didn’t respond). After informing the Sales Mgr. that if they improperly collect tax & don’t report it, it is tax fraud & could be prosecuted criminally, the Mgr. quickly said he would remove the taxes & allow me to register the car in NC, but would have to wait 7-10 days for refund of excess $ from my certified ck. I did NOT allow that!, so forced a trip to nearby bank to get another ck. While not allowing them to swindle me for excess registration fees, the final Buyer's order STILL had two $10 charges & a $43 charge (for THEIR business tax), still in addition to the $699 processing fee. When I stated this was NOT the agreement Rob & I had, he said nothing he could do. They knew I flew in & the price of the ticket to return home would be higher than the extra $63!! Now Stuck, I agreed to the new deal & then waited FORTY minutes just to see a finance manager when I was paying CASH. I explained that if they swindle each of their 400 customers/mo.$200 of “fees”, it = $80k/month or almost ONE MILLION $/yr-profit, deceiving customers! Finally received title one week later, Rob asked for 5 star review or advise why not so they could fix, I did & he replied “I have no idea what you are talking about”! 2 days later he emailed “glad everything worked out”. BUYER BEWARE. It appears Lindsay Motors will continue to obtain monies from people in a deceptive manner! READ & UNDERSTAND the FEES. Ps. For security, this is not my real name, will give privately, BUT if management actually reads this, do NOT respond saying I can contact your Customer Relations Manager unless you publicly state that you will refund the $63 above what you originally agreed to! Otherwise indicates an apathetic canned or automated response. In my opinion, all 5 star reviews here and on google seem to be by dealership. Notice the pattern!! More
