They stayed almost 2 hours after the dealership had closed to make sure everything worked out for me and my family. I was alone with my 4 kids and they made sure my kids were entertained while I was handling the long purchasing a car process. This is my second time buying a car from this dealership and I won't bother going anywhere else. They have the best and friendliest service. Then, when it came time to make the deal, Sales Manager Robert Patton and Gina worked hard to get the price of the vehicle where it needed to be make the deal. The interesting thing about this dealership and the people I dealt with was that they started at a reasonable price and were still willing to work with us bridge the gap we had. Then after all this, the finance person I dealt with, whose name escapes me, got me a fantastic rate and even made me a deal on purchasing an extended warranty I could not refuse. We had test driven at another dealership and were looking around for the best price and quality. Lindsay had the best advertised prices on the vehicle we wanted within a 200 mile radius. To be honest, I was hesitant at first after reading some of the Google reviews. But then I spoke to Jeff Concepcion and he convinced me to come in and test drive. Since I was coming from a far distance, he even gave me an out the door price on the phone, and assured me the certified pre-owned fee and any other extraneous fees that some dealerships add were not and would not be included. When we got to Lindsay, Jeff had the vehicle ready for the test drive. After that, we sat down with Jeff and then his manager, Fino. A deal was quickly made, which was a pleasure to both sides. The paperwork was done in about an hour. We drove away from Lindsay with the vehicle we wanted, at a great price with no painful haggling or surprise fees, and we have not regretted it since.
