As you are aware, there is a global inventory shortage. Our prices are fluid based on many factors including vehicles on the ground; in shipment and factory production. Our website shows MSRP, any discounts if available and language regarding price increases due to current market shortages and demands. This is a false statement. The ads i saw did not say anything about possibly being charged $5000.00 over the advertised MSRP price. Your adds do show if there is a price reduction but nothing is said about charging over MSRP prices until we were in the middle of negotiating. It doesn't matter what excuse or spin Lindsay Ford wants to put on....Bait and Switch is Bait and Switch. Your pricing was not transparent at all. Since the window sticker had been removed prior to our arrival, I asked the salesman three times what the price of the unit was all three times he replied;" I'll get that for you in a minute". Then never exposed the price until we were in negotiations. That is not transparency.
