Communicated with salesman via text after initial visit. Worked out a down payment, financing and monthly payment. Based on that I went in to purchase the vehicle. After being there for an hour the sales Worked out a down payment, financing and monthly payment. Based on that I went in to purchase the vehicle. After being there for an hour the salesman told that he'd made a mistake and both the down payment and the monthly payment were going to be higher, leading to the car costing me over 2k more than I'd been promised. The manager was unwilling to honor what I'd been told, even though I had the texts to confirm it. Extremely disappointing. More
