Great cars, questionable practices in 2016 I purchased a 2014 Accord sport. Since I hadn’t driven a manual transmission in a while I told them that I would like the warranty in case the transmission or clutch went out. They told me that the warranty would not cover wearable parts like tires and brakes. A month ago I had an issue and had the car inspected at the dealership. The dealership said they couldn’t duplicate the issue but it could be the clutch and gave me an estimate to replace it. I asked about the warranty and was informed that the clutch is considered a wearable part and wouldn’t be covered. I asked the person that handles complaints, Danielle, and she said they would apply the price of the warranty to another vehicle that I wanted to purchase. I picked out a vehicle and the sales Manager called me regarding the discount due to the warranty issue and offered me $700 towards another vehicle. I told them this wasn’t acceptable due to me paying over $2600 for the warranty plus the tax and financing. More

First I don't even know her name only that she was older and she never told me her name and didn't give a business card. Any questions asked she either told us something that wasn't true or had to go ask someone else, or look it up on a computer. She acted as though she didn't want us to touch things or try them out. I want a salesperson who knows the product, this time being a car inside and out and how all features and components work. I left because she was so bad. If this had been my first visit to a Honda dealership I would not have even considered a Honda any further. This left a bad taste in my mouth. More
Needs to learn the Hondas before she is to to sell them I walked in the door and turned to wait on my friend, the lady was waiting just inside the door and introduced her self so low i didn't hear it. When I walked in the door and turned to wait on my friend, the lady was waiting just inside the door and introduced her self so low i didn't hear it. When my friend came up behind me she asked what we were looking for and I told her SUV because I needed the room for my size and long legs. She took us over to the pilot and I opened the door to sit down, I tried to move the seat back and it wouldn't move. She told me the battery was dead that's alright there is another here to try, this time the seat moved. My question is why don't you keep the batteries charged so we can check out the cars, I was already hurting and going to another car was a pain, literally. My friend and I research online the cars available and had some clue as to what they basically had, but we wanted to check them out and I can say without a doubt she didn't know much about the car. When I pushed the button to open the back-end it didn't do anything, I tried it again and nothing, I asked her if it was lock and she said no and pushed the button it opened, this got me to looking at it and she told me i didn't hit it at all, well I hit something, it turned out I was hitting the lock button, ok learned something new. When I lifted the lid that usually covers the tire there wasn't one and I asked if it was under the car and does it come down with a turn handle and was it a donut? This was the first of many times she left us to ask someone at the desk or look it up on the computer. I have to say she loves the Panoramic Roof, if she didn't know the answer she tell us about that. My friend asked me to pop the hood because she wanted to look at the engine, I took one step and she was going around me say she would get it, ok guess I am not supposed to touch that button. Looking i asked if the one container was for brake fluid since it had a what looked like a wheel on it, off she went to ask. I don't know what she said when she came back because she said it so low, but my friend said that couldn't be that, off she went again. My friend asked if the transmission was a closed one and again off she went to the desk. I didn't wait for her to come back I was getting frustrated and I moved over the the van with the tent, I noticed that it was some what dark in there and seeing inside the van to get a good look i had to turn the light on my phone so I could see inside, and again the battery was dead so no moving the seat to see if it would work for me or not. I moved to the Pilot in front of that, she asked if we wanted to take a drive and I said no not with it raining. This was the next thing she focussed on was getting us to test drive a car, no not today. We were there mainly to find out what would fit me and the various prices and trims. My friend asked her if she knew what happened when you removed the key from the fob what happened, she went and again asked the desk. she said so you would have a key to your car, my friend told her it locked the glove compartment and the gas door so the person only could drive it there to park it and then drive it back to you. Needless to say this upset her because my friend knew but wanted to see if she knew. I walked away and was looking at the van again mostly the back seats and she told me the third seat was in the very back, I asked her if it came with a container for cups and stuff that could go in the middle, no only the chair. She said she would get us one to drive, and went to the desk again. Well I knew it did come with one maybe not on that trim, either she didn't know of she was thinking it wasn't on that van. Either way I was done, there was a lot that wasn't mention here, I tried to hit the high points, but she needs more training and better people skills. If I had to base my buying a Honda after dealing with her, it wouldn't happen. More

ABOVE AND BEYOND We almost gave up buying the car we had dreamed of for a couple years. The car buying process was daunting and not the wonderful experience we had imagined. Enter Lindsey's. From the first phone call to the very end we were treated like family. They made our dream happen in our price range and lifted a burden we were carrying in a matter of a few hours. They took the time to show 2 old people who had never had a computerized car all the workings and made sure we understood most of it. They set everything up to each of us not just one. Dwight our sales person was AMAZING. He went above and beyond making this experience one we will remember as the most positive and truly life changing for us there are no words to express how uplifting everyone was. Miriam made us so comfortable and soothed our fears and brought us in when we were giving up. Dwight staying so late that night to get us all set up in the car of our dreams still now a few days later still makes us giggle. Tony the man who site unseen made the numbers happen in a car a step above what we were looking at made us feel as if we really mattered to him as other Honda dealers had not. We are the proud new owners of a Brand New Car at a price we can afford and an experience we have told everyone around us who IS looking for a car to go to Lindsey's they are different then other dealers. bought new car Other than the 4 hours it took to buy the car, it was okay. Need to speed up the process if someone has already buying a car. Other than the 4 hours it took to buy the car, it was okay. Need to speed up the process if someone has already buying a car. More
