Started at a dealership 18 miles away, they low balled my trade, drove directly to Lindsay, told them what I wanted prices I needed , deal was cut. Funniest part, while waiting in their comfortable service lounge for my new ride to be made ready for delivery, the other dealership called me back to say they would come up to the trade value I wanted.... I told the lady on the phone... too late, I had already purchased at Lindsay. Next time listen to your customers concerns like Lindsay does. P.s. dontbeven consider Newark, the fiasco is one I want to forget A.S.A.P. The one positive note at Newark, Mr. Lybarger very knowledgeable good man put in a horrible spot by his "fearless leader". Not capable of talking directly to the prospective customer "me" but forced on his sales agent to impose impossible hoops to jump through to seal a deal. I'm really sorry Lindsay Honda is too far for him to drive to work at a highly recommended dealership ! More

I walked away that day without purchasing the car because I wanted to talk with God and my family before making my first big purchase like this. I ended up coming back 3 days later to finalize everything and get me into a new 2017 Honda Civic. Otis is an amazing dealer. Mike Houston took great care of us and listened to what we needed - we have a baby on the way so we were interested in a vehicle with a little more space than we currently had. Mike was quick and efficient, he listened to our preference on interior as well as the vehicles color. We took a test drive where Mike thoroughly explained the features of the vehicle. Once we finished our test drive, Mike was quick to get with financing to figure up monthly payments. He was very nice and kind, offering us beverages throughout the process.
