I was introduced to an exceptionally kind and knowledgeable salesperson.......Mr. Brad Hansel. Brad Hansel allowed me to ask the craziest questions, never once making me feel like I was out of my depth. I was very impressed as I noticed (I actually counted and made note of the dates) of the many awards which were displayed in Brad's cubicle. There were annual awards "Silver Salesman Award" dating from 2009 to the present. This man KNOWS Honda automobiles. Brad will provide you with a positive (and fun) car buying experience. No high pressure sales and no fast, slick talking rhetoric that the average individual wouldn't understand anyway! Brad asked me 2 questions......what type of vehicle was I interested in and what were my financial parameters. Then Brad LISTENED! He really listened to the multitude of questions I asked and then Brad answered every one of them. Brad made it happen. I drove home that day in my beautiful new CRV. Good car buying experience and great service department I had two transactions going at once: A Civic being serviced and the purchase of a new CR-V. I'll start with the service department. We had the Civic I had two transactions going at once: A Civic being serviced and the purchase of a new CR-V. I'll start with the service department. We had the Civic in 14 months ago for the exact same issue. After researching the issue (Honda TSB 09-007), it became clear the tech that performed the service 14 months ago did not follow the TSB for the issue. As such, the issue occurred again - just outside of the 12-month/12,000-mile warranty, of course. However, Joe Pistol, the service manager, took ownership of the issue and agreed to correct it at no additional charge. I still spent $90 on the tow to get it to Lindsay's location, but I'll let that go. I appreciate the honestly and willingness to do the right thing. While the Civic was being fixed, I worked through the process of purchasing a new CR-V. Dwight Allred was the salesperson that assisted. He exerted no pressure to buy and answered all of our questions without hesitation. The buying experience was smooth and I feel we got a pretty good price on the new car. I had to negotiate the trade-in value of the Acura MDX we traded in and I feel the final value was a bit lower than expected, but not a deal-breaker. Overall, a good experience in both areas and I recommend this dealership for both purchases and service. More
