Tell me how a brand new vehicle is having so many issues and Lindsay Honda is not backing up their product? No one is able to help us and it is a little frustrating because now we are stuck trying to figure out how we are going to function without a vehicle while some one figures out what is wrong. Why does it become our problem after we purchase this brand new vehicle from your Dealership? More

Had Bad Credit, Got a Good Car After trying a few dealerships with 0 luck on financing, (even with a cosigner having a 770 FICO) my father told my to try Lindsay. Got pre-approved for a car loan, and went down to the lot to work with Justin and Justin. Justin Luckett made sure all my paperwork was in order, then showed me to a nice, 06 Honda Accord. She was a little rough around the edges, but the engine was good and the price was within my budget. He even threw in a touch up paint job to fix a few scratches later, before the salt hits the roads. I've even had some follow-up calls and e-mails, to ensure I was satisfied. They promised me to do it, but at the end they gave the same price. The person who came from back office to negotiate the price never had a smiling face and lot at our family very seriously. I had an appointment at 11:30AM on a Saturday, i went there on time but i was attended 20-25 mins lat The used car lot sales associates were horrible. I had an appointment at 11:30AM on a Saturday, i went there on time but i was attended 20-25 mins later and that wasn't even with the person i spoke with (Thierno). So this guy( i forgot his name, an old man in his 50-60s i guess) in his track suit came in and took me to his desk and asked me to explain why am i here even though i was given an appointment for a particular car. When i let him know that, he told me they don't have that car anymore but i doesnt know when was it sold. So, i gave him my budget to find out some other options for me since I'm already here. So i decided on a CRV even which he wasn't sure about. So he checked back and finally i got to see a car. So we walked up there and at my first attempt the car didn't start, so i asked him and he told me that its the battery which can be taken care of but NOT TODAY since he doesnt have any service guy available today. Then i was going through the car and it didn't look well detailed and i asked him if they usually detail the car after its sold or how does that work, because the car doesnt seem to ready to go out. With a frowning look he asked me " what exactly do you think is wrong with the car" :O i mean seriously!!! I told him the car doesnt even start and you want me to tell you what exactly is wrong with the car!!!! He replied me, i can take you to the new car lot if you want something better!!!! Seemed like he doesnt like his job of selling used car moreover he didn't like working on Saturday as well. C'mon guys, its not the way you should talk to your customer. If i was about to buy the new one, i would have gone to the new lot straight. Im not as dumb as you people...Management of Lindsay, You should be paying more attention on the type of associates you're putting in to run your business, Perhaps you have a lot of satisfied customers but if you guys a any sense of business, you must realize that, dissatisfaction of a customer has more power than of satisfaction of a customer ( if you know what i mean). You guys have wasted my time for no xxxx!!! I would never go to this dealership again and wouldn't even recommend to anymore. More
Good experience overall. Just had an issue with the AC compressor on a 2007 CR-V and took it to Lindsey for diagnosis. Working with Honda of America and Lindsey, we worked out a solution and Scott Rieser, the service manager was instrumental in making sure it happened. Very happy with that! We did notice that the courtesy car wash folks did not dry the car and the windows and finish were all water spotted so we will have to redo that again....just a note to the dealership so they can do better in that department. I do not recommend this dealership...Go to Ricart instead I went to Lyndsey Honda looking for a Honda Civic...the salesperson at the used car area was very arrogant and unfriendly. I then went across the street to the newer vehicles and met with Michael. He was friendly and helpful, but he immediately turned me off and I wanted to leave after he told me "You have to make a decision"(after about an hour of talking)....I had just started looking for cars and no salesperson should ever tell a potential buyer that. It's an investment and we should be able to take our time making the right choice. When it came to financing, the dealership would not give me any options. They were trying to force me to lease only. It was a 2012 and I had a sizable downpayment, good credit, and ability to pay cash and they wanted me to put 5000 down for a payment over $300....Mike seemed scripted and phony and the manager was just trying to rip me off...I do not recommend this dealership....Definitely go to Ricart in Groveport, Ohio. They have a better selection of cars, options, and the salespeople are not taught to read from a script. More
