But the service, time energy integrity and professionalism that Brad Hansel showed me was amazing. I had an appointment but they were so busy, that he had to guide me to another associate. Instead of trying to waste my time and divide his attention. I think that is a sign of a true professional . He respected my time and the time of others. I would truly recommend asking for Tom or Dennis, they both give you nothing but respect. More

Went to school with Steven and was really good guy. Jim Ellis sales xxxxxxx there treated me and a friend like lower class people and gave us the run around. It's all about fake smiles, false deals and if you aren't rich they throw you to the wolves. Will never buy a car from them, I have told friends and family as well to avoid them. Also they don't have buyers guides in some vehicles so NADA will be getting a call. Even with a co signer who makes way more money then most of the cars cost they still crap you out. Honda makes the cars Lindsay DOESNT make the difference! More

We found what we considered perfect for our family and needs. So my husband went to Lindsay Honda to check it out. A test drive, HOURS of haggling, and paperwork signed, we were told that they only had one of the two sets of keys for the vehicle on hand. Matt Daniels said it would be no problem to get the second set from the previous owner. TRUSTING his word, my husband completes the transaction and was told we could pick up the second set when we dropped off our title from our trade In. Well, we heard nothing. 3 weeks later, my husband called to inquire about the second set of keys.MATT DANIELS now said he wasn't sure about the second set and we should have put in the contract that a second set was needed. Seriously!?!?! We were told it was no problem. NOW, MATT DANIELS said he would have to see if there was any room to have a second set cut for us. WOW! Do not trust Lindsay Honda! Not worth the hassle and deceit! Is it really worth losing a customer over a set of keys to a $30,000 vehicle? Apparently, it doesn't matter to Lindsay Honda or Matt Daniels! So...the headache continues to get worse with our experience at Lindsay Honda! My husband received a call a day after my review was posted. He was told that getting us a second key would not be a problem. We just had to visit the service center to pick up the key. I would be in the area on Friday, June 26th. They asked what time I would be stopping by. My husband told them between 12-4pm. I arrived at 12:25pm to the service center. NO ONE had ANY IDEA WHAT I WAS TALKING ABOUT??? The service person asked me if I had an appointment! I said no because we were not informed one was necessary. He told me I would have to make an appointment and come back! NOT CONVENIENT! I do not drive to Columbus on a daily basis. SO I made an appointment for Thursday, July 2nd. NOT CONVENIENT with my schedule to get a KEY!!!! My husband said he could go get the key on Friday, July 3rd so I would no longer be inconvenienced. NOW WE ARE GETTING TOLD THEY ARE BOOKED AND CANNOT GET US IN TO HAVE A KEY MADE! Lindsay Honda is NOT ABOUT EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE! WORST I HAVE EVER RECEIVED HANDS DOWN - ESPECIALLY FOR LARGE PURCHASES! Buyers beware! Plenty of other Honda dealerships in area who would be happy to help! This whole ordeal is appalling!!!! Update: July 3rd Husband was able to get an appointment to have the additional key cut for our Honda Pilot. Service Department did a great job making sure the key worked properly. The key to our whole ordeal was lack of communication between sales and service at Lindsay Honda. Communication is key to providing outstanding customer service. We do really like our Honda Pilot and would recommend the vehicle to anyone. Lindsay Honda will need to regain my satisfaction over time. But I do want to thank the service department for their handling of a bad situation! More

Amazing customer Service I have never experienced such amazing customer service as I did while working with Jheni Felix and Lindsay Honda. The entire staff at Lindsay are so I have never experienced such amazing customer service as I did while working with Jheni Felix and Lindsay Honda. The entire staff at Lindsay are so welcoming and make you feel right at home...Jhenis bright smile , enthusiasm and knowledge of the products totally had me in awe during the entire process...Although She was being juggled to do different things as her manager delegated her to do this and that during our visit while we waited for the finance dept and for our new cars to be detailed, she never once made us feel second to any of the other tasks she had at hand. My wife and I both ended up getting vehicles while we were there and this was when we had NO intention on getting ANY new vehicles...Jheni stayed late past her scheduled time and got us into our new vehicles went over each one of them with us and even went as far as programming our speed dials and helping my wife set up her navigation. I cant say enough good things about this car buying experience. Lindsay definitely has the cars and makes great deals but its employess like Jheni who truly make the difference!! Thanks Jheni...I will be referring all of my friends and family to you!! More

She was more like hanging out with a friend. She was able to answer all my questions, I never once felt pressured in any way, and she even guided me through all the steps of the car buying process. I will only deal with her in the future and I plan to send all my friends and relatives to Lindsay as well. She's very good at what she does. More

She took time to help me find the right car for the right price and made my dream come true...yes, I could afford a Honda! She continued to follow up with me afterwards to make sure I was completely satisfied. When I was ready to get into a second car, I immediately picked up the phone and asked for her help again. I now own 2, yes count them, 2, Hondas and love them both! Thanks Jheni for being a great salesperson. You are an true example of what customer service is all about. More
Lindsay renewed my faith in car dealerships! I would like to start by explaining how anxious I was when I began looking for a new vehicle. I hadn't had a car payment in years and was on a very ti I would like to start by explaining how anxious I was when I began looking for a new vehicle. I hadn't had a car payment in years and was on a very tight budget. I was also very skepitcal going in due to past experience with pushy sales people. I started by searching online and met the most wonderful person, Miriam Younan. I don't think I have ever dealt with a more genuinely caring, considerate, patient and professional individual., who stayed with me throughout the entire process. Miriam put me in touch with Clairon Hall who was also outstanding, Clairon listening to my needs and took the time to explain the process and my options, his friendly non-pressuring nature cured my skepticism and allowed me to relax and actually enjoy my car buying experience. As it turned out however, I took my time in making any decision and decided to look into a leasing option as well. I made a call to the new car lot and spoke with Murphy Williams who I ended up actually leasing a 2015 Civic from. Murphy also carried himself the way Miriam and Clairon had. In fact, once I explained to Murphy that I had been working with Clairon in used cars, he immediately called Clairon and got him in on the deal. Now that was classy! The actual buying process once I decided I wanted the civic was short and painless. Everyone involved was exceptionaly friendly, helpful and sincere. I am also going to give a shout out to Dan Fenton, because I had spoke with him briefly in the beginning of my search one day when I was just walking around the lot and decided I didnt think I would be able to go with a new car. Unfortunately I didn't keep the business card he gave me then ran into him after I had leased the civic from Murphy (awkward!) But, Dan, just like everyone else I had the pleasure of working with was understanding and helpful, he even took my car and had it washed for me. Again another class act!! So a HUGE thank you to all of the fantastic sales people that I had the pleasure of meeting and working with. I will be back and so will anyone I know searching for a new vehicle!! More
