Once the decision was made the process was streamlined in order to get me home in time to help with the babies feedings. End Of Lease Nightmare I leased a vehicle from Lindsay Honda and when I returned it they never closed the account. This negligence resulted in me getting charged for 2 month I leased a vehicle from Lindsay Honda and when I returned it they never closed the account. This negligence resulted in me getting charged for 2 months along with late fees because no one told me they never closed the account even though they had the car. When I tried to get the situation taken care of I was met with attitude and hostility from a woman in the used car department and no matter how many messages I left I could not get the manager on the phone. Customer service is horrible and when a mistake was made on their end, there was no sympathy or eagerness to correct the problem. I quote from a message I received from Kelly Davis at Lindsay Honda Used Car Department "There are over 300 leases returned every month, sometimes things just slip through the cracks." Is this a valid excuse for my account to say I have multiple missed payments and my credit score be negatively impacted over the last 2 months. I don't think so. More
