The process was smooth, and I was made to feel like a customer again - not a criminal, as was the result with some other dealers. The car-buying process while in bankruptcy is never a joyous one, but Lindsay does everything possible to make the best of a bad situation. I'm very pleased with my experience. I would highly recommend Lindsay Honda to anyone in a similar financial position, OR to anyone simply looking for a reliable used vehicle. More
I treat my ex-wife better than Lindsay does. She went to Lindsay on her own to find a good used Honda CRV and came away with a new lease and a bag of false promises. Promises of value and sufficient miles per year in the lease. She has a master's degree and is no one's fool, but trusted the words of "best deal" and "residual value" that day but soon realized she got a lousy deal and should have insisted on buying a car given her goals. Despite trying the very next day to get them to see how they mislead her, they said they "could do nothing" about the numbers for her.Could do nothing? You might say, WOULD NOT DO something for her. I wish she had taken me or some other male friend or at least used her phone to record the whole deal. And she is too kind to write down all the facts and what was said to go back to them to try again to work something out or to go to one of the TV stations to do an expose' on their tactics. She's sick about the whole thing and it's sad to see. What's worse is that she is friends with one of their sales managers' sister but won't see if she could appeal to her brother. She shows way more integrity than Lindsay. You can bet I will never do business with them plus I will share this story to anyone I hear is looking for a Honda....to stear clear of Lindsay, which is why I'm wasting 10 minutes to write this story. -Scott C. It wasn't until we stopped in at Lindsay Honda did things start turning around. As soon as we entered Lindsay Honda and parked our car, I was greeted by your Sales Associate Jeff McDonley. He gave a warm introduction and asked me what I was interested in. I was particular in what I was looking for and I wanted to test drive a certain CRV I had found online. He was very prompt in getting the car ready and soon we were on our way. I enjoyed the car I test-drove but it wasn't exactly in the price range I was looking for and the dealership was about to close. But Jeff said that if I were to come back the next morning, that he could really help me out and find something that fit what I was needing. He scheduled me for the next morning at 9. I was late and when I got there, he was helping another family find a car so I waited patiently knowing that it was my fault but he sped their process along pretty fast so I didn't wait too long. He set me up in a car in my price range and the mileage I was looking for and I took it on a test drive. It was perfect. It was smooth process and even got a lower interest rate then through the financial institution I was going to go through. There was a small hiccup- I thought they would be able to process the amount of money I was going to put down with my credit card only to find out that there was a limit so Jeff raced me to the bank as it was closing in the nick of time. Jeff and his qualities were the reason I came back. He was attentive to my needs without being overbearing, very great guy to talk to, worked with what I needed and is just a really great asset to the Lindsay team. I hope the next time I need a car that I will be able to come see him at Lindsay Honda! More

Did you not think her parents would check to see what kind of a deal you were giving her? Well you were very wrong!! In 10 minutes at Parkway Honda we knew what the price should be. Not only did you try to make them pay 40 more for the same lease, but you lost the sale. We had her come home to Parkway where they treat you right. I would not recommend Lindsey to any one especially if you are young they will try to take advantage of you!! More

We have nothing but good things to say about our experience! Our car buying experience was the best ever and we will NEVER look or take our business anywhere else! Thank you thank you thank you for our Beautiful, new Lexus!! We have dealt with two other Honda dealers in Central Ohio and we were giving up hope about getting the car we wanted. However, Adam Long and Jay the "Wizard" would not let up and did everything in their power to get us the deal! We didn't have to spend all day there, we did everything by phone. Lindsay Honda has become our new car "home" and they definitely represent Honda the best way they know how, better than any other Honda dealership...HANDS DOWN!! More

They tried to come off friendly, but it was only to pressure me into a purchase. I had let them know up front that I was browsing and still gathering information. I gave them all the information on what I was looking for and what was my budget. They show me a car out of my budget. The car also had a cracked windshield. They assured me it would be "repaired" if I bought the vehicle. I work in the windshield field. There was no repairing that glass. It needed to be replaced. The only positive thing he had to say for the car was how "clean" it was. He kept going on about how it was a "clean car". Yeah it was clean, because they power washed it! It was a joke. I test drove the car and I did enjoy the feel of it. We began to the process for the car. I was still a bit hesitant, but I didn't see the harm in seeing what would come back on financing. Before this I had run a credit check, so I knew what I was getting into. Tom (honestly I'm not even sure if that was his name, I didn't bother to remember) came back to me and said I had extremely low credit. I knew something was wrong with this. I told him I wanted to go home and look into this, because that wasn't right and I needed to see if something had happened. I even told him that I had just checked it. When I said that, he told me to hold on and that he would see what was happening. That there were different kinds of credit. He even got his boss to explain this to me. I was ready to walk out anyways, but then they came back and said "Oh, no your credit is fine". But they still didn't offer me a car within the payments I wanted. So I declined. They told me they would get back to me on Monday with a new selection of cars. I waited for Monday to roll around to see if they could provide anything (though I wasn't going to buy anything from them) and guess what? They never called or e-mailed, like they said they would. I haven't heard anything from them on whether or not they had a car for me. Needless to say I went somewhere else, where I got GREAT customer service and everything I wanted. I would never recommend Lindsey Honda. I say, if you want your car, save yourself a trip and don't go there. Check out another dealership, cause these people will jerk your chain around and try to sell you a worthless car for double the price it's worth. Worst experience! More

This dealer sold me polyshield insurance policy with my new vehicle. During the sales, specifically good if you have kids and it covers all the damages to leather seats etc.. have been specified. As expected my kid used a pen and leather seat got damaged. I have approached the dealer and they told me to contact polyshield directly. I have contacted them and provided all the necessary paper work. Insurance company asked me to get the quote, I went to dealer they said it cannot be repaired and provided the estimate for replacement. Insurance company was not accepted the quote instead they asked me to get it repaired. I got frustrated and gave up on this matter. I have been thinking about it for a while to write this review so other customers may get benefitted. Please think twice before taking this insurance! More
Brand new Civic 2013 300 miles on it has a severe vibration @65 to 70 miles an hour. This was my 5th Honda, so I know what it should run like. Took it in multiple times over the next 2700 miles, it was never fix. I finally got an email from the service manager stating that the vibration was just the way the car was designed. I took the tire and rims off my 2010 Civic and the problem was cured. Oh and yes the issue moved to the 2010..... Crappy service......... I had a similar issue with my 2014 Silverado Truck and GM fixed the issue by the third trip - by swapping the tires and rims and then gave me 250 dollars accessory money for my trouble. Sadly my 3500 Silverado rides better than my Civic...... I am GM person from now on..... More

I walked inside the dealership for my 11am appt & immediately walked over to this salesman that looked friendly to ask him if i had an appt with him. He verified that i didn't and i found out that my salesman wouldn't be in for the day. So after clearing it with his manager he then helped me out. Jeff McDonley, was his name, and right off the back he listened & we built rapport. I told him I didn't have a lot of time, because I had to go to work, and i was there a total of 2.5 hours. #FastestTimeToDate I ended up getting a 1-owner '04 Oldsmobile Alero GLS (loaded). The carFax was clean and the car rides beautiful. More
