He explained all the car's features in detail (one of my many favorites is the Blind Spot Monitor with Rear Cross-Traffic Alert), first while in the office, then showed how to use them before the test drive and pointed them out as we did the test drive. Also, on the test drive he even showed me around the Service Center! Also, Jen Han in Finance did a great job. I am so glad that I chose Lindsay Lexus, they're the BEST! More
