Life changing situation I had a great experience working with Kendorie. He acknowledged my presence when I walked through the door. He was Outstanding! He made sure I was comfortable by offering me cold water right away because it was hot outside. I needed that. He was so accommodating. The first automobile he selected was the one I purchased. He listened to me and brought all of the features that I wanted in the perfect model ES 350. I was in heaven. The Financial Executive, Alex, was funny accommodating and knowledgeable. He took the time to explain everything in great detail and made me feel so comfortable as I moved through the transaction. He too offered me cold water or beverage and made sure I was comfortable. While at the dealership, I stopped by the General Managers office. He smiled introduced himself and complimented my Sales Executive, Claude on his socks. It was such a fun experience! I would highly recommend this dealer to anyone that wants to feel good about moving into the Lexus family. This is my first Lexus and I am sure it will not be my last. He provided me a wealth of information about the gently used car I was initially looking at, but, after sitting down with him on the details about leasing, the discussion made a lot more sense, and I ended up leasing my "dream car" from him instead! Sid was courteous, very tuned to details, thoroughly reviewed all my numbers and financing, and came up with an outstanding deal for me, after his already long day, He really worked hard to make me a happy client, both with my trade, and with the new dream car.
