I can't say enough good things about my experience with Jessica Latzen at Linday Lexus. In fact, I flew 600 miles at 6 AM to buy my new 2011 RX 350 from her..when I had 2 local Lexus dealers within 9 miles Jessica Latzen at Linday Lexus. My wife and I have had previous Lexus through the years.. an SC, and RX.. now it was time to replace a 2001 RX with the new model. I shopped around for about a week (looking at Acura MDX, Mercedes, and Audi). I knew I wanted a Lexus if I could get the numbers to make sense for our budget.) I went into my local dealer where I had experiences that make car shopping such a dreadful process for most Americans...sometimes you aim to try and find someone who will "lie to you less"...unfortunately, my local dealer supported that model...I couldn't trust the reps- lots of good cop / bad cop and a whole bunch of non-sense that made us not trust what we were hearing-- Then we met Jessica Latzen via an email reply. She was courteous, professional, timely and most importantly, she listened vs giving me a bunch of scripted nonsense. She learned that my wife and I were not overly concerned with color, yet we wanted navigation and we wanted some select options (we weren't that picky)...Jessica listened, summarized our requirements and replied quickly via email with a few cars that matched and offered them with a very direct and aggressive price.. no games... no surprise... It seemed too easy. We agreed to a price, put down a deposit and I booked an airline ticket to fly to DC to buy the car. Ironically, before I left, all of the local Lexus stealers, I mean dealers, started calling and somehow magically dropped their price by thousands to match Jessica's upfront price. (When I had mentioned those target prices to them a week earlier, they said I wasn't reasonable and had introduced non sequiturs about the tsunamai in Japan or how I was being crazy). Look, I am not denying the disaster in Japan (I was there) but it was not the reason that my local dealers could be 6k more for the same car) I could have saved myself the cost of a flight and a lost day and just bought from my local dealer when they matched Jessica's price. I decided that was the wrong thing. Jessica earned my business and deserved it. She delivered an outstanding customer experience which made the process feel 'right'. We have been thrilled with the car. Some small questions about the car have come up (not problems) and Jessica or her fantastic assistant, Trish, answered quickly and correctly. They made the process they way every corporate car dealers wants it to be. Memorable, easy and pleasant with someone that really was a trusted advisor. Jessica delivered on the experience and we have been thrilled. Plus, we found out the night before we picked up the car that Lexus was starting a new promotion that day for 1.9% for 60 months for the RX. Jessica added that to the deal, no questions asked. More

John was very straight forward and honest. He made the decision to buy the car very easy with his warm and honest approach to customers. I have seen other sales people in other dealerships who seemed like they were just trying to make a sell and would say anything to make me buy the car. John however is the only sales person I have dealt with that I did not have this problem with. He seemed to know what I wanted and my concerns about my purchase and I did not feel hesitant to ask questions. This made my decision very easy since I did not have to think wether he was lying just so I would purchase the car. Over all the buying experience was wonderful and I am very happy with my purchase. I will definitely recommend John to anyone thinking of buying a car. I already have recommended him to a friend who is thinking about buying. More

I would highly recommend Lindsay Lexus. We recently purchased a 2011 RX 350 and it was pleasant experience from beginning to end. Other dealers we visited were either too eager to sell or so nonchalant that they couldn’t answer basic questions about the car. Lindsay was friendly, pleasant, and knowledgeable. Our salesman, Kenddrie, was a pleasure to work with and I would highly recommend asking for him. The facilities (service included) are spotless, and it is clear that the same attention to detail Lexus puts into designing it’s cars is carried over into the entire buying and owning experience. The purchasing process was just about as quick and easy as it gets. Lindsay offers free car washes for life, and I have certainly taken advantage of the perk so far! More

Joe Benard (new car salesman) was thoughly knowledgeable in all aspects of the car in question. Aaron (internet sales manager)was fantastic too in answering all of my wife's questions. Questions concerning price were handled through use of the USAA Auto buying service. Thank you again Lindsey Lexus and USAA for making the process of buying a car so easy. More
