Customer service (sales) did not embody Lexus ideals When I entered, no one greeted me and my daughter. Literally, no one. When I spotted the reception desk and walked over, the receptionist was on her phone. I said hello, and she replied "can I help you". I replied again, "hello" with a smile. She finally uttered a hello but demonstrated visible annoyance. I felt completely unwelcomed and went to wait outside. While outside, I decided to leave, as I was quite disappointed by the experience and had to remind myself that there are other options available that are welcoming and interested in earning my business.
