I felt demeaned and would not recommend this dealership as a single, adult, female. Contrary to my disappointment, was the outstanding treatment and assistance received from the Financial Service Manager, Jessica Latzen, and from the Tech Specialist, Alex Judice, who were most knowledgeable and helpful. I had recently spent hours at Lexus of Silver Spring for them not to listen to a word I was saying. From the beginning Frank was very attentive and listened to Exactly what I was looking for and did everything to ensure I was getting the best rates as well as the perfect vehicle.
