I had recently spent hours at Lexus of Silver Spring for them not to listen to a word I was saying. From the beginning Frank was very attentive and listened to Exactly what I was looking for and did everything to ensure I was getting the best rates as well as the perfect vehicle. Not to mention a fair trade for my 2013 RX 350. The experience is always going to be with me and I look forward to continued business with Mr. Love. Never once did I feel like he was pushing anything on me. I walked away with a new 2020 RX 350 F Sport truck rather than a preowned one and at a good rate. Harris walked us through the typically tedious finance portion making it much less painless and even advising us on maintenance packages which we ultimately purchased. Alex is a tech rockstar! From SOS and safety features, to programming seat and mirror presets, to pairing our devices, Alex coached me through the set up while I performed the functions. I was glad for the hands on training and also glad I didn’t have to muddle through it at home alone. All in all, I can’t imagine a more pleasant experience.
