I wasn't a 100% sure I would purchase a vehicle; for some reason I am always nervous about car shopping, probably because want to be hassled or leave feeling like I didn't get the best deal. However, I have purchased vehicles in the past from Dwayne but each purchase has been SPECIAL with a different experience. He's very patient provides me with different options to review until I am comfortable with my decision . Although in the back of my mind I was determine to purchase a used vehicle. I walked out with my first Lexus RX450h. I would like to thank Dwayne and for given me a wonderful experience as well the entire team. Mark Coleman is the Man to See! I had a awesome experience at Lexus this past Tuesday. I went in to the dealership just to look around for a new car. It has been 12 years since my la I had a awesome experience at Lexus this past Tuesday. I went in to the dealership just to look around for a new car. It has been 12 years since my last car was purchased and I really have a hard time with decision making and letting go of old stuff. When I walked in I greeted my the staff. I was in the looking for a new/ used car and I was assisted by Mr. Mark Coleman. Mr. Coleman quickly took to the area where the Certified Used Lexus were located. I have never owed a Lexus, so I was a little uneducated for the different models. That was not a problem once Mark begin showing me. He showed me the difference between LS, GS and ES. Mark showed me the different features each car offered and the difference is years and cost. Mark had no problem with allowing to look in the car and drive it for a test drive. By the time I completed by test drive I was still a little on the hesitation side of going with a Lexus. Mark brought me into his office and begin talking price. I wanted to stay under the price of $30,000 and also have a vehicle with low miles. Mark told me the price of the vehicle I selected and I could not turn it down. Plus Marks customer service was 100% the way I liked to be treated.. I end up purchasing a ES Black with only 17,924 miles. I have been so happy with my purchase since the day I made the purchase. I would also like to give Kudos to Jimmy. He provided me Warranty and Services packages that were out of this world. The only thing I need to do for the 5 years is put gas in the car.. Also Kudos to the team that help me set up my car features. They were very knowledgeable and showed my features that blew my mind. I will definitely recommend Lindsay Lexus for a car purchase. Dwayne Butler is the best salesman ever! My 82 year old mother was reluctant to buy a new car but felt that the safety features on a new Lexus would allow her to be a safer driver.
