Dwayne was knowledgeable and honest with us from the beginning with no pressure to overextend ourselves. They didn't have the car we wanted so Dwayne was able to track one down and got it delivered for us. We were able to strike a deal, and my wife got the car of her dreams at a great price. No pressure was asserted to purchase any particular vehicle or add-ons during car selection or financing and no waiting time was prolonged during the process. This was appreciated since it was not my experience when purchasing my first Lexus. Dwayne paid attention to what I was looking for and was willing to provide detailed information and specs for vehicles I was interested in. Jessica was very clear explaining the various Lexus add-ons and presented numbers and costs visually for additional clarity. The entire experience at Lindsay Lexus was pleasant, jovial, and high spirited. I left the dealership satisfied with my purchase. More
Arrogance and all about getting money. Even with purchasing 2 new cars with Lindsay Lexus, there is no loyalty and forget about customer service. Because of my experience with the service Even with purchasing 2 new cars with Lindsay Lexus, there is no loyalty and forget about customer service. Because of my experience with the service department, I will never, ever, purchased a car from Lindsay Lexus. Customers beware. They will attempt to take you. They wanted me to pay $1000.00 to dry the carpet on the passenger floor, due to the AC drainage tube was clogged, which caused water to spill up and out onto the carpet. The service manager, Dennis Burrell was arrogant and flippant. I was in his office voicing my disdain for the cost to dry my carpet. He showed me a drainage tube he had in his office (how convenient) and told me look in the tube to see the insect or nest inside. I asked if it was my tube and I was told it wasn't. I asked to see my vehicle and was taken back to my vehicle in the garage, by Mike Lunsford, my service consultant. Mike has little patience, based on being assigned to him on previous service visits, and upon the minute I arrived at his counter, it was on with Mike's cantankerous attitude, Mike never looked up at me from my arrival at his counter and within minutes he was complaining about how he has had a busy day, etc. When I got back to my vehicle in the garage, I saw a tube on top of a tool box and asked Mike if this was the tube and Mike concurred. I looked inside and saw nothing and blew in it and nothing came out. Mike immediately became argumentative stating there is something in the tube also blew in the tube to try and show evidence and nothing came out. This angered Mike even more and he firmly and loudly demanded, "you need to get out of here!" and get back to the waiting room. At that point, I had taken the tube back and Mike attempted to literally grab the tube from my hand and I pulled my hand away from his. Really? I went back to the service manager's office, because my personal belongings were there and attempted communications "again" to hopefully resolve the issue, of them wanting $1000.00 to dry the carpet. He tossed a business card with the corporate phone number written on the back and stated I could call corporate. He continued looking at his computer screen, totally ignoring me and not even "trying" to make anything better. All he said was "you think we are trying to take you," even with me seated next to him. I went outside and called corporate and then saw my vehicle being brought around. Nothing was resolved or did any one tell me we were finished. I walked over to my vehicle and Mike Lunsford started to walk away from my vehicle going back inside and I asked: so my tube is good...everything is ok? Mike's response: "I blew in it didn't I?" Without even looking at me. Unbelievable. I drove away with wet carpet and assuming the tube problem was corrected? I was told in talking with corporate over the phone at the service department to go to the new car dealership and talk to a manager. I drove over to the new car dealership and spoke with someone by the name of "AJ." This was the name given to me, by the manager. After explaining the customer service debacle from the service department I was told someone will be contacting me tomorrow. I've not heard a word. Two new cars purchased with Lindsay and this is the customer service I received. Finished. More
