Our sales person, Mark Coleman was well informed and provided excellent customer service throughout and even after the purchase. Jimmy Zayed in the finance department was very thorough, helpful, and efficient. Since my wife was not with me during the purchase, Mark arranged for a vehicle technical specialist (Alex Judice) to come out to our home on my wife's day off to go over the car with her. This is the second Lexus we have purchased from Lindsay and we have never had a disappointing moment with either the sales or service departments. Nazir handled the price negotiation and I think it was a fair deal. The finance guy was Harris was great. We were offered the usual extra protection packages but there was no high pressure selling. The tech guy went through all the new tech stuff. The car was clean and full of gas for us. We have bought many cars over the years. I highly recommend Lindsay Lexus and Nazir. It was our most enjoyable car buying experience ever!!! More
