Sid Ferzad answered m just purchased a Lexus RX 350, and without question, this was by far the most straightforward, relaxed car purchase I have made. Sid Ferzad answered my online inquiry within 2 minutes of its submission and listened to what I wanted. Responses to my xxu questions were immediate and answered the question I asked, as opposed to providing a generic answer. At the dealership, Sid was personable and incredibly knowledgeable, sharing much information about the changes to the 2019 model. When it came time to discuss my trade in and "bottom line", this is where Sid excelled even more. I loathe the back and forth negotiating, for which car sales can be known, and let Sid know this. I was clear about the discounts I knew were available and showed this information to Sid, and I knew what was a fair price for my trade-in. The price Sid presented was the number I had written down before entering the dealership- deal done, no game playing. Within 2 hours, my car was assessed for a trade-in, I test drove a car, found a car with all the options I wanted, and drove home in a new car. Car was automatically locking. My car was automatically locking without input from me and I did not understand why. Called dealership and the receptionist put me through to Alex Jud My car was automatically locking without input from me and I did not understand why. Called dealership and the receptionist put me through to Alex Judice, a Technology Specialist, and he immediately knew why the car was locking. He explained that there is a menu setting that has the car automatically lock if key fob's unlock button is pressed and a door is not opened within a set period. He then quickly talked me through resetting the function in the menu to a setting that I wanted. He was patient, knowledgeable, professional and it was a pleasure to have him help me.
