Joshua spent two hours with me as I road tested both models and he carefully explained all the great features in the car. He was great about not pressing me to commit right away, offered a reasonable price, and then came down in price after I did some comparison shopping on line. In the end, Joshua traded with another dealer to get exactly the TDI model I wanted at a really great price. He is committed VW enthusiast and knows the brand. Even better, he took me seriously as a car buyer even though I'm a woman -- there's still a lot of chauvinism in the car industry, but not with Joshua. More
