On December 7, 2013, I brought my 2013 CC into Lindsay VW for the 10K check because I was unsatisfied with Alexandria VW. I know Lindsay Automotive Group well as I am also the owner of a 2008 Escalade whic for the 10K check because I was unsatisfied with Alexandria VW. With that in mind, I had made an earlier appointment with Meagan to discuss your Upgrade Program. Once I put the CC in for service, the service representative introduced me to Kayla, in turn, who introduced me to Harry Vannie. Harry introduced me to the Touareg R-line and took me on a test drive. He is a persuasive salesman and convinced me to trade up! Nate Mack (whom I had been in e-mail and phone contact since early March this year) completed the sales paperwork and guided me and my husband step-by-step through the car. His guidanance through the negotiation and financial process was seamless. The finance manager, Lisa was also very well prepared and provided buying options with ease. He was attentive to our needs and questions while giving us plenty of time and space to discuss privately our thoughts on each car. Several times throughout this process Jerry stopped by to make sure everything was going as planned. After deciding on the car we wanted the purchase process was quick and seamless.
