I first discovered Lindsay VW when my car was due for maintenance. The scheduling of the maintenance was much easier than other places I had been and the thing that impressed me the most was that after m maintenance. The maintenance department at Lindsay took the time to was my car after they had serviced it. I was very surprised and I truly could not believe it. I began to think to myself that if a car dealer goes out of their way to was a car without being asked then this is a very special car dealership so I started to look at their inventory and I discussed trade in options with Stephanie Oporto. I was not sure if I could exit my current vehicle and still have the same or less payment on a newer better VW. Stephanie started to look into options and I looked at cars that were available. Lindsay VW did not have the particular car that I was interested so instead of giving up on me Stephanie went out of here way and before I knew I had the exact car that I wanted. I met Bruce when my daughter brought her 2013 Beetle I met Bruce when my daughter brought her 2013 Beetle convertible in for her 2 week diagnostic check up, back in late September. When I had a problem with my 2008 beetle I called and made an appointment with Bruce directly as I was very impressed with him earlier in my dealings with him. After I called for the appointment and expalined what the problems were, Bruce went ahead and spoke to the mechanic direct so that when I came to the dealership on Saturday he had an idea what might be causing the problem. He took the car in and had it looked at and repaired before 3:00 PM that afternoon. In additioon he also contacted me about two other issues that he got my concurrance on to fix and he also offered to change the oil which was coming due in late OCtober. This is a valuable service represenative that you have there. He is knowledgeable and makes you feel comfortable having your car fixed at a dealership. Damian Ruppert More
