I heard about the TDI passats and thought I would drop by VW to take a test drive. I was immediately blown away by the new TDI's and Marc and his sales team were were able to answer all my questions completl VW to take a test drive. I only work a few miles away from the dealership and must have stopped by 5-6 times within a 3 day span, sometimes unannounced. Everytime they welcomed me and allowed me to review the car options and test drive it as often as I would like. What really set them apart was their understanding of what I was looking for in the TDI Passat and have continued to help me post sale with questions and assiting me with the new car. Very "enjoyable" experience. No pressure from the start. First time we negotiated a car through internet to begin with. Collan was the salesman who took us through our test drives and he was very informative but again with no pressure. We came back next day and spoke with both Marc and Collan. Marc went over all the lease details with us and then went to finance where Larry Schiro again explained the lease process and we did final paperwork. He escorted us down our new vehicle and made sure all was ready. We transferred some things from our " trade-in" and then Marc stayed late and gave us a very good explanation of all the features of our new Jetta including setting up the SYNC phone feature. We believe we received a good deal on our new lease and like the VW brand for its quality, style and design features. From owning a VW before this one place we also know that the service department is exceptional. We are very satified with our Lindsay VW Jetta and the Lindsay sales/service team. Definitely highly recommend checking them out if looking for a VW. More

Maurice, with their parts department, also went the extra mile to recommend a parts dealer who may have in stock a part I urgently needed.
