We were looking to replace latest Acura in Oct. 2011 after 20+ years of only Acura/Honda ownership spanning 5 new car purchases during that period. My overall experience with Lindsay Volkswagen of Dulles was very good. Mr. Htoon let the Jetta TDI Sportwagen sell itself instead of pushing some feature or another. I went to the dealer looking to replace my 11 year old Jetta and Clyde took the time to show us a number of vehicles. He was very patient as we asked many questions - sometimes redundant! Just purchased a 08 GTI and had a great experience. I had been looking for a GTI for aout three weeks, when I noticed a new car listing at Lindsay. Since it was a new post no pictures were available. I contacted used car sales and spoke with Julio Rodriguez. He was very helpful and sent me pictures of the car. After speaking with Julio we set up a time to veiw the car. (Julio's day off....) The car was in great shape and at a very reasonable price. I was in and out in less than 3 hours! Which was great for me since I live 3 hours away. Not only Julio was helpful and friendly but all the staff I came in contact was also. Thanks Julio and Lindsay VW!!! More

I was in the market for a luxury car, but had never considered VW. My search had left me wanting more in the price vs. feature/comfort payoff. While picking up my rental car from Hertz (inside the dealership) a Passat caught my eye. I came back the next day to test drive a Passat, as I couldn't shake my intrigue. After working with Gabe, and blabbing on about what I wanted, we determined the best option was to drive everything. We took hours of his time driving different trims between the CC and the Passat. Gabe walked a very thin line between keeping the conversation moving without being pushy. Being in sales myself, I can appreciate the fact that he didn't let the conversation flounder, but yet never pushed me to purchase. At the end of the day I walked out with a 2013 CC and a very fair deal. To get me through the process Gabe had to balance a barrage of questions, sell me on the value of VW without being pushy, and make the deal happen in my price range. Well done Gabe! More
