Alfonso Monteverde was the sales person that assisted us with the purchase of our new SUV and he was AMAZING. We checked the Lindsay VW of Dulles dealership online inventory and knew we could find the VW At with the purchase of our new SUV and he was AMAZING. Alfonso showed us all the different models of the Atlas, explained all the differences between each model (including the fluctuation of prices), he took us around the lot to see each model in person and coordinated our test drive. Alfonso was extremely patient with us and he made sure to answer all of our questions through the entire process. Typically, going to a dealership is really intimidating, but Alfonso made us feel very comfortable, made us feel heard and taken care of.
