I was shopping around for car and not really actively looking. I came across a 2019 Volkswagen GLI with very low mileage and in great shape in Lindsay Volkswagen in Sterling. That is when Alfonso contact looking. I came across a 2019 Volkswagen GLI with very low mileage and in great shape in Lindsay Volkswagen in Sterling. That is when Alfonso contacted me. He was very friendly and attentive. When I spoke to him on the phone about test driving the car, I mentioned that we were in a time crunch. What he did is truly amazing. He had both cars I wanted to test drive including the 2019 GLI in front and ready to go, along with the paper work if I do decide to purchase it on the spot. When my wife and I test drove the 2019 GLI, it was not quite we expected. We were looking for a sunroof and the inside was not what we were looking for. So Alfonso, with no hesitation to go above and beyond, he looked up other vehicle for us and found the 2020 Volkswagen GLI Autobahn. I love the car when I test drove it. It drove very smoothly and had power. Also the inside of it is looked very luxurious. Exactly what I’m looking for a sporty car that has a luxurious interior. When we got to Alfonso’s office, it’s time to talk about the pricing and paper work. He was very patient and understood that we had a budget. After talking to him and he even brought over his manager, Ashley, over we came into a conclusion. They gave us a great deal on our trade in which was a 2013 Volkswagen GLI and got us to a price that was around our budget. They were both very patient and understood that we wanted to be around our budget which was very important to us. After we agreed, we went to the sign our paper work with Mariya. She was very nice and very thorough. She explained to us what are the benefits of having certain maintenance plans. She also switch over our old tags to the new vehicle, which is very convenient and we do not have to get new ones. After we signed our paper work, Alfonso walked us over to our new GLI and even helped install our license plates. Overall, our experience with Lindsay Volkswagen was amazing. Alfonso made the whole process so easy. Everybody we worked with was so friendly and put our needs first. I would highly recommend that if your planning on purchasing a new vehicle, go to Lindsay Volkswagen and ask for Alfonso. He will do anything to help you. He is not pushy like most car salesman. He listens and identifies your wants and needs. More

Excellent follow-up I bought a Golf-R in September 2019 and the title got lost somewhere between the DMV, Beacon, and the Lindsay VW. After some partially satisfying correspondence with a couple of other folks, I reached out to Jerry Holloway who responded immediately and arranged for Lindsay VW to apply for a duplicate title and have it FedExed to me. The process actually took a little while but Jerry was responsive right through and the dealership is lucky to have some like him in charge. Overall, I've been buying cars from these folks for a while and if you don't sweat the small stuff, things work very well. I'll be back. More

SAFETY FIRST! When I dropped off my car on 3/19/2020, Henry met me with a huge smile and welcome. As I walked into the service department, Henry wiped the door handles, steering wheel and shifter off with bacterial spray. Henry smiled again and said we all have to be safe. I noticed everyone in the service department keeping a social distance and most wearing gloves. My information was gathered by a very polite and professional young man - sorry I didn't get his name. Glen called on 3/20 with his findings. He explained everything in detail to both me and my husband. When I picked up the car today - 3/21 Henry was cheerful and smiling. Erik was extremely helpful when I asked for a new battery for my spare key fob. After explaining how I use the car, Glen was very patient as he explained what I needed to do to correct the issue - in my words - drive the car faster to clear the carbon. Again I was extremely impressed how well prepared the service department was to handle all the precautions for the corona virus. Hand sanitizer, wipes, social distancing and a new pen for every customer for the necessary signatures. Thank you Service Department for keeping me safe and keeping your employees safe. More
