He respected my time, my credibility as a customer, and my push back when I thought it was a bit too unsavory. His offer on his desk as soon as I walked in today was 98% of exactly what I wanted and in minutes he stretched it to 100. I drove away in just over an hour and a half, which included a trade, a new vehicle finance, cleaning the new one, transferring all the stuff from the old one, and setting my seat just how I like it. We happened to drive off in our new Atlas sans temporary tags😂. Clyde called early in the morning from home saying he couldn’t sleep all night, because they were not attached to the vehicle. He told me he’d be at the dealership at 9:00am to get them & then drive them to our home in Maryland!! He arrived & attached them all with good cheer & so much courtesy. Best Dealership Experience EVER...Without a Doubt!! My wife and I were in the market for a new vehicle, and we had our eyes set on the new 2019 VW Atlas. We wanted a specific SEL R-Line model, which we My wife and I were in the market for a new vehicle, and we had our eyes set on the new 2019 VW Atlas. We wanted a specific SEL R-Line model, which we learned quickly was hard to find. I was put in contact with Alfonso Monteverde and Marc Weinstein, who quickly got back to me with good news. They found the exact trim level and options that we were looking for. At the time, the Atlas was on its way to a VW dealer in PA. We quickly discussed options to get the vehicle to Lindsay VW, and possible deals. It wasn't no time that we agreed on numbers and they were able to get the Atlas to their dealership within a couple days. My wife and I weren't able to make the drive to the dealership for a couple days after, but they held the vehicle for us and Alfonso was able to send me pictures and answer any questions that I had. On the day of purchase, the staff was so friendly and inviting. My wife and I aren't the ones to want to stay at a car dealer for a long time, knowing how most of them are....agressive, annoying, and not willing to work with the customer. Lindsay VW is on another level when it comes to car dealerships. I had no problem staying there all day if I had to, it was that welcoming. Alfonso was super friendly and knowledgable, and was able to answer any question we had. Having worked with the Sales Manager, Marc, over emails and phone calls, he came in an introduced himself and went out of his way to make sure our buying experience was second to none. Sean Cho, from the Finance Department, made all the paperwork signing a breeze. The customer service, friendliness, knowledge, and overall buying experience at Lindsay VW was unbelievable. I can't recommend this place enough, and look forward to working again with them in the future for our next Volkswagen. More
