Joshua was prompt, thorough and polite in his responses. When we arrived the day we wanted to purchase a vehicle, we were 30 minutes early but he was ready for us. During the test drive, he was attentive to what each of us was looking for in the vehicle and what we'd want to know. He was personable and showed an interest in our lives and our small family to ensure the vehicle was the best recommendation for us. Then Joshua made the paperwork painless and set us up with Laura who was thorough and helped us get the best payment options. We used the tablet to sign everything which made the whole process quick and easy. Total, it probably took us longer to drive down and back than to actually purchase a vehicle. Horrible I drove 4 hours to buy a used vehicle. They over charged me in taxes and said they would send out a check in the mail. Never got a check in the mail I drove 4 hours to buy a used vehicle. They over charged me in taxes and said they would send out a check in the mail. Never got a check in the mail so I called for them to tell me that they made a mistake and didn't charge me enough. So they used the money that they was supposed to give me to fix their mistakes. They said that they didn't even charge me the correct temporary tag fee? How do you mess that up even though I see all the fees on my buyers order. Also while I was driving home I stopped to get gas and The car wouldn't start because its battery was shot. I had to pay close to $200 for a battery and i only had the car for 2 hours. They clearly knew it had a battery issue when they should of ran it through their shop. They had it running for me when I got there so most likely they either jumped it or was trying to charge it. I've been in the car business for a couple years and this place is a joke on how they handle everything. I've bought 5 cars in my life and by far worst experience. Never will go back their for anything. Stay away from their used cars More

We could not have made a better choice. Our experience was actually pleasurable, a first in a long line of car purchases over the past 25 years. When we walked in the door, we were met by a very courteous and, as soon proven, professional and knowledgeable salesman, Mr. Simon Chu. I would/will recommend Mr. Chu to anyone as he was my ideal salesman in every respect - immediately offered coffee!; not pushy, able to read customer's actions and body language, truly friendly, etc. The decision to go through with a purchase was easy as Mr. Chu was able to quickly identify the vehicle we wanted, and the price was as good as you could get from anyone. So, Mr. Chu passed us on to the Finance Manager, Mr. David Kim, who very surprisingly turned out to be exactly like Mr. Chu - courteous, professional, friendly, and competent. Needless to say, the experience continued to be pleasant all the way to the end when we drove out of the Lindsay garage in our new VW Atlas. I do not think I can express well enough my pleasure with this latest car-buying experience but hope that any reader will at least get the impression that it was extremely positive all-around. Simon is the King This is our 3rd time buying a car from Simon Chu, we originally purchased 2013 Volkswagen Tiguan and 2014 Volkswagen Jetta. Those 2 cars we have drive This is our 3rd time buying a car from Simon Chu, we originally purchased 2013 Volkswagen Tiguan and 2014 Volkswagen Jetta. Those 2 cars we have driven for past several years were awesome we had no problem with the vehicles, it was very reliable and had gotten tons of compliments from friends and other people. We went back to Simon past weekend with my wife as our family is growing and needed a bigger car. We wanted to trade 13 VW Tiguan and possibly get either used Atlas or a new Atlas with very basic trim to fit our budget but Simon made magic happen again and got us an awesome deal. Lindsay VW at Sterling was able to give us a very fair trade in value for our Tiguan and amazing deal for the brand new Atlas SE with technology. And we absolutely LOVE the car. We did not think we would drive back home that night with a brand new car with higher trim that we would have never thought we could afford but Simon and Lindsay VW @ Sterling made it happen. Simon once again exceeded our expectation, he is always so professional and friendly. Never pushy, and always so patient and thoroughly explaining every single details (new technology and features) about the car (setting us up bluetooth, watching every single tutorials at his office about new technology educating us). I really could say nothing but a great things about this guy, I am coming back never year to trade in my Jetta and get my GTI :) I am the type of person that always looking to change brands, get newer models, and etc but because of the service that was given and the vehicles Simon sold us proved its worthy, we are keep coming back and became a lifetime volkswagen family :) Also Sean Cho from Business office was also super cool and fast!
