My first visit had a glitch when it turned out that the car I was buying was already sold. It was not the fault of my salesman Sri, but he went out of his way to make sure I got what I wanted, at the price I wanted and the trade-in price I needed, and a few days later I was picking up my new VW. Being from out of town I had to pick up my car on a day that Sri was off, but he came in on his day off to make sure everything was the way I wanted it. A big thanks to Sri! As with most dealers these days in order to get the incentives you have to finance with them. The finance manager got me a good loan rate and a great deal on road hazard coverage. Thanks Mariya!
