Drove in from Pa Found a used car on line that we were very interested with. Was a little nervous driving 194 miles to look at it. Alfonso took his time with my new driver to make sure she was completely comfortable with the car in every way. He connected her phone, helped her set her presets on the radio, showed her how to use the apple connect and activated the VW Car-net. Then the wonderful service department ran by Paul Boots greeted her and proceeded to show her things about the car she needed to be aware of. Service writer Matt Percey and Tech Troy McWhirter showed her where all the fluids are and even gave her a class on changing her spare tire. It truly was what all parents dream of when buying a car for their kids. They treated us like we were the only people there and it was packed. I can't say enough about everyone there. It was just a great experience. Just Great. More

Joshua is a fellow car enthusiast as we chatted about the Golf family as well as the many aftermarket modifications that can be done. Fast forward to the following March, I finally got the call from Joshua that the Golf R's had finally arrived. Everyone at the dealership was just as friendly as the first time I was there. While I was there, Joshua also mentioned to me that Volkswagen offers $1000 adaptive equipment rebate so if you have a disability and need adaptive equipment installed, this will help lighten the cost. Overall, I had a great buying experience and I can guarantee, you will too. More
