Even the receptionists greeted us like we'd been friends for years! Not only did they help with the purchase of the car but also recommending a fantastic place to get Xpel Paint Protection film installed while we were there. The car we ended up being interested in was a recent arrival that had been through its dealer-certified inspection/assessment but hadn't been detailed yet, and was somewhere in one of the dealership's huge lots. Al persevered until it was located, we test-drove it and purchased it that evening, and picked it up the next evening. The whole process was seamless, pleasant, and painless. Al provided a tutorial of the tech package and other features of the car, and let us know we could contact him with any questions/concerns. Definitely one of our more positive car-buying experiences!
