He was never pushy, nor did I feel arm-locked into buying something I was unsure about, as I had been with other salesmen in other dealerships. Fantastic I was in the market for a GTI, but wasn't ready to buy (just wanted to look at the colors) and decided to go to Lindsay because I knew their inventory I was in the market for a GTI, but wasn't ready to buy (just wanted to look at the colors) and decided to go to Lindsay because I knew their inventory was on the lot, or nearby. I worked with Mariya and explained that I had a 2015 Golf TDI that was going to be bought back so I needed a car. She made sure to show me all the new features in the 2018's that my 2015 didn't have. I have gone to several dealerships in the past few years and the salespeople have shown me features I already had on my 2015 Golf, so it was refreshing to work with Mariya, because she knew the product so well which meant she didn't bore me with information I already knew. From that visit to the day I purchased was about 3-4 weeks, and Mariya made sure to check in periodically, but respected the timeframe I was on (wanted to buy after my TDI buyback), and didn't pester me about needing to come in to get a certain deal (which a lot of dealerships do). Once we came in the next day after the buyback, the process was very relaxing, and I was introduced to everybody at Lindsay, who are all down to Earth, and made me feel welcome. I can't say enough good things about Lindsay, and from this point forward I'm going to be taking my car there for service (even though I live closer to Rosenthal VW). More
