He spent time with me test driving a similar trim level weeks before test driving the car I would eventually purchase. He was courteous, professional, and above all knowledgeable about the vehicles. He followed up with me a couple of days after my car was purchased to check in. That is a first for any new car purchase I have ever made! I would highly recommend him if anyone is looking to buy a VW. I wish I can say the same about the Sales Manager, Clinton, that I spoke to during my purchase process. I had asked for him since there were some concerns I still had about the price. He was the complete opposite of how anyone should be treated or communicated to during the purchasing process. The language he used belittled me and almost made me walk away from the dealership. I wish I could have given the dealership five stars, but I still have a bad feeling from my brief but memorable interaction with the general manager. In conclusion, Joe Borak, my salesman that spent the entire process of the purchasing process with me was excellent and would be my first point of contact if I or anyone in my family is looking for a new vehicle.
