Although they could not solve my issues they listened in a very concerned way and offered any support they could give . As a result of my experience at Lindsay I decided to buy another Passat which I probably would not have done otherwise. Their assistance in purchasing the vehicle " long distance " made the transaction easy and enjoyable. Simon Chu was the Lindsay salesman and he has continued to keep in touch with me to see how everything is going. Other dealers should capture, study and copy what the good folks at Lindsay pull off everyday. Every other dealer we contacted when looking for a simple price on a new VW gave us one shenanigan after another. Very frustrating! In comes Jerry Halloway and Bob Derby at Lindsay. They took the time ON THE PHONE to tell me their way-below-MSRP prices, how my out the door number would be figured and talked to me like a customer. Imagine that!! A dealership that actually likes and wants to sell you a car. Most of the dealers we've ever been to- we have left wondering how they stay in business?! Not so with the folks at Lindsay. Even the financing department was courteous, knowledgeable, transparent and above all NO ONE was pushy, arrogant or snarky. Once again, they treat you like the best and only customer that day. What a breath of fresh air. We walked in, talked a little -confirmed the price we discussed and after the test drive we bought our VW. Done. Did I mention they even bought us lunch while we waited for the final predelivery wash and wax !? I can't say enough about the joy of the experience. Do yourselves a favor- go to Lindsay once, and you will never go anywhere else again for a car buying experience. More

They don't do the typical crap I am used to dealing with at a dealer by asking me things like, "Well what is the monthly payment you want?".
